We built HomeRouteAZ because finding local help shouldn't turn into spam, bidding wars, or nonstop phone calls. Our goal is to help you get what you need and get back to your life, not sell your information to the highest bidder.

How your information is used

When you submit a request through HomeRouteAZ:

• - Your information is used only to help solve the issue you're requesting help with
• - Your request is routed to one trusted, local professional
• - Your information is not blasted to multiple contractors
• - We do not auction your request or create bidding wars

Service providers we use

We use trusted technology providers to run, protect, measure, and improve HomeRouteAZ. That includes hosting and telemetry providers such as Microsoft Azure Application Insights, analytics providers such as Google Analytics 4, and advertising measurement providers such as Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.

These tools may receive limited technical and event information such as page paths, page titles, event names, browser or device information, IP address, user agent, click identifiers, and conversion event IDs. For Meta Conversions API, contact details such as email, phone, name, city, state, and ZIP code are hashed before they are sent to Meta for ad measurement and matching.

You can decline non-essential analytics and advertising measurement in the cookie banner. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics 4, browser Application Insights, Meta Pixel, or Meta Conversions API events for your visit.

What we don't do

• - We don't send your information to lists of contractors
• - We don't resell your data
• - We don't hand your information off to national call centers

Your request details are shared with the matched local professional, not with lists of contractors or national call centers. We also use the service providers described above to operate, secure, analyze, and measure the site.
